Leon Greening Trio

Large leon

Pianist Leon Greening's hard swinging style has made him a favourite on the jazz scene for over a decade, and makes no apologies for his adoration of the great bebop pianists, with Wynton Kelly, Bobby Timmons and Bud Powell among his primary influences. Bassist Conor Chaplin is a remarkable young musician and is already making an imprint on the London scene. Drummer Steve Brown will need no introduction, being in Scott Hamilton's Quartet, and regularly seen alongside Alan Barnes, Dave Newton and Barry Harris.
